As well as self-protection and awareness we explore in more depth the traditional Chinese style of fighting, learning the traditional forms and personalising what our students learn to suit their own goals and needs. Monday class focuses on using this for realistic defence and combat. Tuesday class is more focused on the relaxed and traditional side of the application of Ving Tsun with the added benefits of relaxation, breathing and posture.
We believe nobody should feel vulnerable or fearful whilst going about their everyday routines. Life is busy and although the majority of the time we are safe - it’s getting increasingly harder to ignore that potential danger is everywhere.
